From April 14th to 17th, we will be participating at the Paint Expo 2026 in Karlsruhe, World’s Leading Trade Fair for Industrial Coating Technologies.
At our stand you can see the G0 Heat Exchanger, initially designed and engineered for human comfort with high efficiency and low gas consumption, but over time become ideal for industrial processes such as painting, drying, blowing, industrial ovens and other industrial processes applications.
Interesting features:
-the combustion chamber is constructed from AISI 441 stainless steel and features a large heat exchange surface area
-it includes a flame-reversing furnace with a fully welded combustion circuit that has three flue gas passes
-consists of a conical cross-section tube bundle with an aerodynamic profile, which minimizes air-side pressure loss while maximizing efficiency.
Thanks to its characteristics it is recommended for industrial processes with high temperatures:
- delivered air temperature > 125°C
- heat drop > 115°C
