Apen Group is a leading company in the construction of heating and air conditioning systems that’s been operating in the air conditioning sector since 1967.
Established under the name of Thermovür, with the specific purpose of building eco-friendly burners and civil and industrial heating equipment, in 1973 the company was joined by AERMAX, a leading producer of heaters.
In 1991, the companies Thermovür and Aermax merged, giving rise to what is now known as APEN GROUP SPA which stands for “Gruppo di Aziende Per le Energie Nuove” (New Energy Company Group).

To design and produce air conditioning products for buildings that stand out for their high quality and awareness of the environment (low pollutant emissions, high efficiency, and reduced energy consumption), with a team of people that shares our passion, harmony, courage, transparency, and ethical values.
ApenGroup’s people are committed to researching and developing products that guarantee low pollutant emissions, high efficiencies, and reduced energy consumption, while at the same time ensuring optimal heating and air conditioning conditions for all domestic and large industrial environments.
