APEN GROUP S.p.A., one of Italy’s leading companies in the air conditioning sector to be accredited throughout Europe by a supra-sectoral system, recognised at the European level, has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certification.

The company’s commitment to Quality dates back many years. In 1988 we obtained the DVGW (Deutscher Verein Des Gas Und Wasserfaches E.V.) certification for the marketing of our suspended heaters in Germany, and subsequently obtained certifications for the marketing of our suspended heaters in France, Switzerland, Holland and Belgium as well. In 1995 we obtained CE certification for all our gas-fired appliances.
In 1991 we were the first company in the air conditioning sector to obtain UNI EN ISO 9003 company level certification, which in 1993 was expanded to include UNI EN ISO 9002 company level certification.
In 2013, the Board of Directors adopted the company’s 231 organisational model.
In 2017, we obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
